Hey,
I am using Netflix with Samsung Smart TV.
Suddenly I got HTP-998 error o Netflix.
I googled it how to fix it and Netflix said it usually is network connectivity issues but my youtube and other ott servcies were working fine.
I made a phone call to Netflix service center and a service person said "Unplug your smart TV and wait for more than 3 minutes and get back to Netflix"
And it worked. If anybody is having a same issue, try this solution.
